Predictable income

A base retainer for availability. A panel-linked step-rate as your panel grows.

Shared roster

Shared on-call cover and planned office sessions, with clear escalation rules. The on-call ratio depends on the site and the stage of the programme.

Your practice stays yours

High-risk obstetrics is a fee-for-service carve-out. Major gynaecology surgery stays outside the maternity programme. Your private surgical practice remains your own.

Why we built this

Specialist obstetrics is demanding. Income swings with call. Admin takes your time. Network One gives you a predictable base and a shared roster. You lead the in-scope maternity and gynaecology care. Complex and high-risk cases are referred to you.

FAQ

Questions, answered

How does the base retainer plus step-rate scale?

You receive a base retainer for availability. A panel-linked step-rate is added as your panel grows. Outcomes-linked components, including a possible quality reserve, will evolve as the model matures. No fee figures are published. The schedule is discussed at the site visit.

What happens to my private surgical practice?

It stays yours. The network handles preventative gynaecology, minor office procedures and low- to intermediate-risk maternity. Major gynaecology surgery stays outside the maternity programme. High-risk obstetrics is a fee-for-service carve-out. Your private surgical practice remains your own.

How does the on-call roster work?

Call is shared across the specialist team. Escalation rules are defined and office sessions are planned around it. The on-call ratio is not fixed. It depends on the site and the stage of the programme.

Which cases are referred out?

Major gynaecology surgery and cases beyond the defined scope of the Network One Maternity programme sit outside the network. They are referred to your practice or co-managed by protocol. The defined scope is confirmed at onboarding.
